Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with a photo of the damage.

Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
